Washington, DC – The Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute (CHCI) today announced actor Wilmer Valderrama as the celebrity host for its 10th Annual Reyes of Comedy on Tuesday, September 14, 2010, leading a dynamic line-up of seasoned Latino talent at the historic Warner Theatre.
Dedicated to CHCI's mission of developing the next generation of Latino leaders, Valderrama currently serves as the organization's official spokesperson for its college readiness program, Ready to Lead (R2L). CHCI recently presented the actor with the CHCI Service Award in Los Angeles for his commitment to youth advocacy.
Comedians Alex Reymundo, Debi Gutierrez, Filipe Esparza, Gilbert Esquivel and Carlos Santos-Cordero are scheduled to perform, a unique opportunity to enjoy five comedians in one hilarious show.
Reyes of Comedy is co-produced by Sí TV and all proceeds benefit CHCI's nationally recognized leadership development and educational programs.
