Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce to Host the 2019 Technology Conference

Richmond, VA - The Virginia Hispanic Chamber will host the 2019 Technology Conference on Wednesday, April 17 from 8AM-1:30 PM at the Sprint Regional Headquarters in Reston, VA.

The conference will provide knowledge to show businesses how to best utilize technology in managing their business. Three informative presentations highlighting the day will be Mobile Technology for Businesses on the Go presented by Sprint representative Dan Clarimonte, Modernize the way you work given by Apple’s Rick Potter and A Business Journey to Success, a panel discussion featuring some of Virginia’s most successful Hispanic entrepreneurs. Tony Jimenez of MicroTech, Jacqueline Krick of ECU Communications, Joe Travez of Prototype Productions and Fernando Galaviz of the Centech Group round out the list of esteemed panelists.

Keynote speakers Robby Demeria, Deputy Secretary of Commerce and Trade for Technology for the state of Virginia, and Jimmy Rhee, Special Secretary to the Governor’s Office of Minority Affairs for the state of Maryland, will speak to attendees during the catered lunch hour followed by time for networking.

As a way to engage with small and medium businesspeople that may be affected by a language barrier, we will have on-site Spanish translation and the event will be live broadcast to partnering VHC locations.
