Atlanta, Ga. The Georgia Latino Film Alliance (GALFA) today announced Senator Chris Dodd, Chairman and CEO of the Motion Picture Association of America, Inc. (MPAA), as one of the confirmed speakers for its annual Georgia Latino Film Festival and Conference scheduled for September 22 - 24, 2016 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Senator Dodd Chair and CEO of MPAA, will provide remarks immediately following the opening welcome address by the Georgia Latino Film Alliance Chairman Seth Michaels at Atlanta City Hall on Thursday, September 22 at 6:30pm.
The MPAA is the voice and advocate of the motion picture industry in the U.S. and around the world. MPAA recently partnered with Georgia Latino Film Alliance in order to continue its mission of promoting a more diverse and inclusive film industry. Georgia Latino Film Alliance and Festival will work with MPAA to identify opportunities for our members before and during filming.
Create Together, Cause Together We Are Stronger is the focus for this year’s Georgia Latino Film Festival We will give attention to the development of the Latino Crew Infrastructure - How to train It, Maintain It, and Manage Crew Development to Meet the needs of Georgia’s booming film industry.

Georgia Latino Film Alliance Members, TV and film executives, and production professionals from all over the state will attend the four-day Film Festival this year sponsored by Aetna SunTrust CapitalWirePR, Atlanta Tech Solutions and 787 Coffee Co.
